Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and will generally be delivered within 5–7 business days and require an adult signature at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for deliveries during the day, The Indiana Whiskey Company recommends the use of a business address to ensure prompt delivery of your product. Shipping fees are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply for packages that are returned to The Indiana Whiskey Company as undeliverable.

🚫 Orders requesting delivery to states that prohibit alcoholic shipments will be void.  

      

In accordance with state laws, all orders are reviewed, accepted and fulfilled by licensed retail entities in the industry.

✍️ Signature required by an individual who is 21 or older. Package(s) will not be delivered without a signature. If you receive a notification of delivery confirmation but do not receive your package(s), it is possible your nearest FedEx location is holding your package(s) and must be signed for upon pickup. 

 

FedEx does not allow a change in shipping address mid-shipment for packages that require an adult signature.  If a customer requests a change of shipping address after the package containing alcohol is sent out, we will have the package returned to our store, and the customer will be required to pay the new shipment costs.

 

We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to correspond with the Customer in any way.

 

Express orders must be placed by 12:00pm Eastern Time Monday-Saturday in order to get out that day.  Express orders placed after that time or on a Sunday will be filled by the following business day.

 

If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit it must be reported to The Indiana Whiskey Company within 60 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the appropriate courier to resolve the issue. The Indiana Whiskey Company is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur during transit unless The Indiana Whiskey Company receives notice from you within 60 days of the expected delivery date of the loss or damage to your product.
